Smoke-free Oklahoma- HB 2267

HB 2267: Rep. Cox (R-Grove), click here for a fast fact sheet on SFO.

The Fit Kids will join forces with other child, health and business advocates across the state as a member of the Tobacco-Free Coalition to fight to restore local rights to Oklahoma communities. Passage of a state law that gives cities the right to decide to have smoke-free public places will protect their citizens from secondhand smoke. This would give Oklahoma a more competitive edge in attracting new businesses and jobs as it reduces our health care costs and tax burdens.

OICA The Oklahoma Fit Kids Coalition is a statewide initiative coordinated by the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy.
