Many Oklahoma cities and towns are maintaining and expanding trails. For walking, biking, in-line skating and more, there are miles to explore. Most cities have Web sites that offer trail information online.
Our 50 state parks also host a wealth of trails. “Oklahoma’s Top-Rated Trails” is a free guide to the best trails in various categories - as well as urban trails - rated by experts in each category.
And remember to not overlook trails in small towns and cities; no expert knows them all!
The trails guide will be coming soon. To receive your free copy, call the Oklahoma Department of Tourism & Recreation at 405-521-2406 or 1-800-652-6552. Or download it at travelok.com/trails.
